  • Desire to try living in an area before making a commitment
  • Low credit score as a result of bankruptcy, identity theft, previous nonpayment or other circumstances.
  • Inability to come up with down payment

During the application process the following will help to offset your situation:

  • High Income
  • Steady job
  • Strong references
  • Strong payment history
  • Cosigners
  • Documents explaining derogatory items on the credit report

How to proceed?

  • Step 1: Choose building / unit
  • Step 2: Fill out our online Rent/Rent-To-Own application.
  • Step 3: Email/Fax us filled out, signed and dated AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE INFORMATION
  • Step 4: Provide a 1-3 month security deposit (depending on application) and sign a lease
  • Step 5: Choose finishes with our interior coordinator
  • Step 6: Move in and enjoy!!!!!
