Property Management - Rules and Regulations

(These rules are for the mutual benefit of all tenants. Please cooperate. Violations may cause the termination of your lease.)

  1. No littering of trash on the premises.
  2. No excessive traffic
  3. No writing on the walls: exterior or interior
  4. No stickers or excessive holes on exterior or interior doors or walls
  5. Property is to be kept in a neat, clean and orderly manner as when rented as to prevent rodents and roaches
  6. Front and rear doors are to be kept locked at all times, both locks (for this is a safety issue)
  7. No sliding or pulling of handrails
  8. No loud noise or music that could disturb neighbors or passers by
  9. Management must be notified immediately of any repairs needed
  10. Toilets, tubs, and sinks that have been stopped up, not caused by normal wear and tear, is the tenant’s responsibility and will be paid for by the tenant
  11. Sinks that are stopped up by excess food or trash down the drain, is the tenant’s sole responsibility, and the tenant will be charged for the cost of repair
  12. All grills are to be used in the backyard, and waste to be properly disposed of after cooling. Waste is not to be dumped in the yard.
  13. Each unit is responsible for cleaning up the yard after their children.
  14. No toys are to be left in the back or front yard.
  15. Tenants are responsible for the safety of their own children while playing.
  16. Tenants are responsible for keeping all windows, locked and secured for the safety of the children.
  17. Each unit is responsible for the entry and exit of their own guest.

          Do not let strangers in the building to hang out in the front and rear hallways,
          This is a safety hazard to all.

  1. Tenants are responsible for having renters insurance
  2. Lost keys are a $75 fee.  
  3. No smoking in hallways, front or back
  4. Bounced checks will incur a $35 fee in addition to any other costs
