- Meet with the owner as requested.
- Provide 24 hr service and emergency response
- Prepare annual operating and capital budgets for owner
- Provide long range fiscal and capital planning options, and analyze cash management requirements
- Perform all monthly and annual financial accounting
- Collect fees and assessments, pursue delinquent accounts and appropriate late charges, and initiate legal proceeding when necessary for collections
- Supervise and mange all vendor relationships
