Anatoly Zarkhin

Anatoly came to Chicago from Belarus, in the former USSR, back in 1989. Earning a Civil Engineer education in 1983, Anatoly began immediately applying his new skills to the construction industry.

His training and 15 years in construction back home served him very well, and made for a very seamless transition to the construction industry throughout Chicagoland. First as a Field Supervisor, then as an independent builder, Anatoly’s skills translated very well and his hard work and strong ethics soon earned him respect in the industry.

However, shortly after beginning his new career Stateside, Anatoly realized that to succeed in the very competitive Real Estate industry it was not enough to know only the construction end of things. In the spirit of wishing to serve his clientele best, Anatoly secured his Real Estate salesperson license in 1992.

By this time, Anatoly was already engaged in Real Estate Development work, and having his Realtor’s license enabled him to work closely with his clients to serve them in new capacities. Over the years, his dedication to quality construction work, service to his prospects and clients, and unrelenting drive to be his client’s strong advocate have resulted in an impressive record of service in all things Real Estate.
