Lawrence Levy

Lawrence Levy was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, and moved to Highland Park, IL at 11 years old.  Lawrence earned a Bachelors Degree from the University of Illinois, and a Master’s Degree from National-Louis University. 

Lawrence has been active in Real Estate for 6 years, having developed several successful projects in the ChicagoLand area.  Lawrence also owns several rental properties in Chicago.  While Lawrence actively works with home buyers and sellers, his expertise extends beyond those of a typical Real Estate Broker, due to his roots as a developer and investor.  Lawrence is well-versed in most facets of Residential Real Estate Developing, Investing, and Ownership, and is always enthusiastic to share his experiences with people looking to get into the business.  Lawrence has been affiliated with GEM Realty since its inception, having participated in Real Estate partnerships with the Principals of the company for several years, even prior to its formation
