I was excited to join the family business and participate in bringing the Builders Center concept to life.  Gem Realty Partners is a key component of the
Builders Center of Chicago vision and structure.

Gem Realty has many unique and beneficial programs being a part of BCC.  For example, the rent to own program helps many to ease their way into homeownership even in this challenging market and economy.

My philosophy for success is simple.  Hard work, integrity, and good/strong relationships.  Business and life in general are about people and it is important not to have a short sighted approach to others.  It is also important to be open-minded, creative, and responsible.  This combination allows one to recognize good ideas, improve them, and implement them.

Hobbies - not sure, these days mostly work.  Spending time with my daughter and family.  Exercise.  Study nutrition.
